How to Apply
To study in Armenia, you need to know how to apply to the Armenian Universities and what kind of documents to present. Aspiring students can apply for various programs offered at the university through Indus Aurora Global. Aspirant students can register themselves with us for a free career counseling by filling the given Registration Form.
Our Admission Process:
After we receive the filled initial Registration Form, a session of detailed counseling held for the student for the selection of the programs and courses as per student’s academic background and career aspirations.
Receiving the filled-up University Application Form from Students and the submission of all required documents is done to initiate the process of admission after receiving the payment of registration/service charges.
After the payment of registration charges, we send the applications for the approval from the University and Ministry of Education of Armenia. Once scrutinized and selected, the University Authorities will conduct and online interview with the aspirant students. Once passed through the interview, the University grants the admission confirmation letters to INDUS AURORA GLOBAL.
After receiving the Admission Confirmation Letter, the University provides the Visa Invitation Letters to INDUS AURORA GLOBAL. After receiving the same, we submit original Passport, Photos and all Original Academic Documents as per the university’s instructions after due legalization of the documents is done. It may take approx. 1-2 weeks for University to issue Visa Invitation Letter and Student Visa is granted within 7 working days thereafter.
Indus Aurora Global is always there to assist the students at every step. Once Visa is approved, we assist in booking air tickets and organize the travel arrangements in co-ordination with the University.

For Foreign Citizens Applying to YEREVAN STATE UNIVERSITY (YSU)
Foreign citizens applying for admission at Yerevan State University (YSU) should provide following documents:
- Application form
- An admission statement
- CV in English, Armenian or Russian
- 3 notarized translated copies of passport confirmed by Armenian Embassy or Armenian consulate representative. First copy is for Yerevan State University; second copy is necessary for student residence permit.
- Copy of previous academic certificates (diplomas) and transcripts (confirmed by Armenian Embassy or Armenian consulate representative.
- Notarized and verified copy of birth certificate, translated into Armenian - highly recommended to submit.
- 2 original copies of general health certificate (this certificate can be provided by any Armenian medical institution). First copy is for Yerevan State University; second copy is necessary for student residence permit.
- 8photos (3X4)
- For PhD applicants also present scientific thesis within the areas of specialization (about 20 pages) in Armenian, Russian or English.
Important dates for Admissions:
- For Undergraduate and Masters Programs:
Submission of Admission Documents: 1st of May to 1st of August.
Academic Session Starts: From 1st of September.
- For PhD Programs:
Submission of admission documents: 1st of May to 1st of November.
Academic Session Starts: 1st of September to 10th of December.
Note: Submission of documents for Preparatory courses for foreign students is from 15th of July to 25th of August. The classes start from 1st of October.
